On this page you will find a listing of
volunteers and the resources they are willing to check for you. Because of our desire to comply with the MsGenWeb Policy concerning look ups, we ask that you follow the simple rules when asking for help.
Please read and adhere to the following: If you request assistance from one of the volunteers listed, don't forget to thank the volunteer for their help and in payment of services rendered we ask that when the opportunity arises you then help someone else.
If you own or have access to Attala County Resources, and are willing to do "look-ups," please contact the Attala Everette Carr, County Coordinator. Our Volunteers are needed and valued on the Attala County site. Please do not abuse them.

MsGenWeb will not tolerate any copyright violations. Lookup requests should be limited to one name, or perhaps two if it is a married couple. Information given will be minimal, for example if it is a cemetery lookup, the information will be the name of the cemetery and the dates on the headstone. Please do not ask for "everybody with X surname" or an entire family group, or for hardcopies to be mailed; the volunteers have been asked not to comply with such requests.
For information contained in a book in the possession of one of our volunteers, our lookups will extend to searching the book to determine if the book would be helpful to you in your research. Should the book prove useful, The volunteer can provide the authors name, address and ordering information.
